In this role as our Operations Recruiting Manager, you will support, execute and train a recruiting model, with a focus on consistency and best practices; transforming all recruiting practices to scale in high growth and changing contingent staffing organization. This role will work closely with leadership teams in Operations, HR, and Learning/Business Development. This role will report into our Director, Operations Recruiting. You’ll need to be ready to travel to support our field offices 60% to check-in with teams and offer support.

 

This role can be based in any of our following locations: York or Bala Cynwyd, PA, Trenton or Swedesboro NJ; Newark, DE; Louisville, KY; Indianapolis, IN; Baltimore, MD



What you'll do:

  • Partner effectively with a hands-on leadership style with the recruiting team to drive consistent results to key performance indicators.
  • Support and continuously improve recruitment function, processes and programs to deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Drive activity and KPIs across the recruiting team.
  • Support and implement a proactive sourcing strategy to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for open requisitions and high priority pipeline roles.
  • Leverage knowledge through strong data analysis and competitive intelligence to drive candidate acquisition strategy and results.
  • Provide timely reporting and meaningful metrics and insights to business leaders, hiring managers and recruiters to drive decisions and improve the process.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in operations recruiting, the competitive landscape, and market drivers, constantly educating and sharing this knowledge with the leadership team, clients and peers.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience with a successful track-record of contingent staffing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with a proven track record of building and coaching high performing teams.
  • Experience in Bullhorn strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish strongly preferred
  • Proven success building high volume recruiting teams with direct hands-on experience mentoring and coaching and delivering results.
  • Passion for innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to source and connect with diverse talent.
  • Data-driven with an analytical mindset and the ability to identify metrics and data to back up strategy.
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships at all levels of an organization especially with senior sales, operations, and financial executives.
  • A passion for creating great candidate experience at every stage of the process.
