As a Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for using a high level of discretion to evaluate and select candidates who are the best fit for open client positions. TYour success will be determined based on your ability to meet quotas for recruitment, sales, and candidate placements. As a Recruiter, you are on the front lines of providing a great brand experience to both our candidates and our clients 

What you'll do:


  • Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle.
  • Conduct recruiting strategy meetings with clients to understand their organizational plans and objectives in order to create a detailed plan for recruiting candidates who will be successful in meeting client needs.
  • Design and evaluate candidate assessments, as needed, to ensure we are finding the optimal candidates for our clients. 
  • Contribute to branch sales by expanding business opportunities and billed hours with current clients. Truly understand the client’s business and demonstrate our value to them as a contributor to their success. 
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for recruitment, sales activity, and successful candidate placement. •    Must be willing and able to complete all job functions within established deadlines (as established by your Manager) on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

What you'll need

•    2 years or more experience light industrial staffing or high volume staffing
•    Full-cycle recruitment and sourcing; interview and selection; placement of candidates in positions; understanding of pipeline management 
•    Outgoing personality with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across diverse population of teams 
•    Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision 
•    Strong business software skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point, web-based systems) 
•    Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems.
