I Job purpose

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the EIC Cryo Sales organizations as the key super-user of the “Salesforce” CRM tool and by also providing leadership to all members of the sales team as it pertains to the system’s use, maintenance, data integrity, interface and reporting aspects.  The Sales Coordinator is a key, go-to person for the Sales organization and is responsible for preparing and reporting all departmental data to internal customers such as finance and Sr. Management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.


Duties and responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator may be asked to support the marketing and communications department plan(s) and goals by assisting the Marketing & Communications Mgr. in facilitating promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, copy, advertising, collateral materials (print and electronic), web-based content and maintaining promotional hard good supply to help shape a consistent brand identity and drive EIC Cryo’s product awareness while targeting specific markets.


The Sales Coordinator will often work independently to complete assignments and collaborate with sales managers, engineers and cross-functional teams on a regular basis to properly promote and report EIC Cryo and its various products and services.

  1. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner, so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.

  3. Support the Sales Organization through SF leadership, maintain super-user status and carry data integrity facilitator responsibilities.
  4. Support the Sales & Contracts team(s) in the creation and maintenance of new purchase orders as they pertain to Salesforce and IFS and perform steps necessary to maintain pipeline and document data integrity.
  5. Assist with new agent acquisitions, files, contracts and data integrity as they pertain to Salesforce.
  6. Prepare and report various departmental reports to support business needs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (as required).
  7. Perform month-end close activities including forecasting and various system data integrity activities.


  1. Perform ongoing data integrity activities to maintain pipeline strength and accuracy.
  2. Owner of company installation / reference list (reported from Salesforce)
  3. Support various misc. administrative items for the Sales Organization
  4. Expense report proxy auditor and facilitator for the Sales Organization.
  5. Assist sales personnel (while traveling internationally) in time sensitive travel changes as needed.
  6. Maintaining sales contract files and archiving as required.
  7. Coordination of the Sales organization for items such as annual team meetings, PTO calendars, Travel Calendars and related communication therein.
  8. Maintain training history, procedure maintenance, related training documents and schedule/arrange for refresher training(s) as required for Sales & Marketing organization [As required for ISO requirements].
  9. Booking conference rooms and making arrangements for any sales guests.
  10. Support the Marketing & Communication Department’s strategy through various promotional efforts
  11. Build and communicate promotional messaging through numerous vehicles with considerations of messaging, audience and ultimately driving sales.
  12. Act as company resource for branding efforts within the business.
  13. May be asked to support the Marketing & Communications Mgr. in building and maintaining of sales collateral (print and electronic), including catalogs, brochures, product launch materials, direct mail, advertising, website, e-blasts, company newsletters, company presentation(s), letterhead, videography, photography, sales proposal templates, etc. and some social media that may include: Chatter , Facebook, LinkedIn, Some Salesforce Group(s) and blog(s) as required.
  14. Manage all promotional hard good purchases and inventory while also supporting internal branding purchases as lead and facilitator. Manage relationship with 3rd party suppliers and maintain high degree of internal customer support.
  15. Assist in the management and maintenance of company web content.
  16. Support as needed for start-to-finish tradeshow planning for selected events.
  17. Maintain (promotional) support for all employees in the field where customer perception is a variable [i.e. promotional items, gear, presentation, marketing resources, etc.].
  18. Other duties as assigned.



  • Must have previous experience in CRM management, Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Must have experience in simultaneously managing multiple deadlines, milestones and meeting commitments.
  • Maintain exemplary business presentation and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills; highly detail oriented.
  • Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficiency with desktop publishing and design programs (Adobe Suite: Illustrator, In-Design, Photo Shop, etc.), web design (HTML and CSS2, web standards) strongly preferred.
