Shift: 9:00am-6:-00pm & 10:00am-7:00pm
Pay: $15.80/hr

About the Position

Our client is a leader in vocational programs. They are currently looking to bring on a team player to fill an exciting role as a Call Center Customer Service Rep


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing multiple computer systems (like Salesforce five9) while assisting students or prospects
  • Make High Volume Outbound calls 
  • Viewing scheduling and time reporting systems while assisting students or prospects
  • Answer questions and provide insight to students or prospects who have sent in requests
  • Use a script to prescreen prospects for minimum qualifications before warm transferring the prospective student to next step of speaking to an admissions advisor where their skills/interest will be accessed
  • Keep accurate student and prospect records by correctly dispositioning all student inquiries
  • Makes a dynamic impression, sparks interest, and demonstrates the value of speaking with our admissions department.



  • Preferred: those who can work flexible schedules to adjust as business needs change
  • Preferred: Previous Call Center Experience (Inbound and/or Outbound)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience using multiple computer systems or programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Salesforce or five9, power dialer)
  • Comfortable meeting performance metrics related to quality and call handle times
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must Satisfy Background
