- Prepares a wide variety of administrative support to the Operational Liaison Team including the Leadership Team
- Provides a wide variety of general administrative support for a manager or department
- On a daily basis you will process various reporting requests, monitors incoming mailbox, and other administrative support activities to support the team
- 2+ years Administrative Experience
- Verbal and written communication skills with ability to concisely communicate information and outcomes.
- Medical Terminology a plus
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Computer skills including Windows based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
- Hours: Full Time
- Pay Rate: $11.50
- Employment Type: Contract
