Resolution Coordinator

As a Resolution Coordinator you are the main point of contact for our associates who need help or have questions on a variety of subjects. Questions could be about applications, attendance, time off, medical waivers or anything else you can think of!

Who you are:

You are a great communicator, are empathetic and direct, solution-driven, and aggressive to get our associates the answers they need.  You’ll have amazing verbal AND written communications and are quick learner in software systems. You love to problem solve, dig in and research issues, and are tenacious while solving problems. You love working on a team and are flexible with distribution of work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work a queue on our internal system in a variety of subjects. You’ll research the individual issue, contact the employee to gain more information to investigate or resolve the issue.
  • Build strong relationships with field teams to ensure consistent responses and education to associates.
  • Investigate employee concerns – assignments, attendance, HR and any other issue. You’ll drive to resolution and communicate results to associates in timely manner.
  • Escalate issues as needed, recognize trends and patterns in the issues you see and know when to escalate.
  • Provide ideas regarding how to solve common questions or potential solutions to your team.

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years in a customer service based role
  • Moderate level of expertise with Outlook and Web-based Applications/Systems
  • Ability to operate and problem solve in a fast paced and fluid environment
  • Ability to work evenings/weekends during peak months (October through December)
  • Strong organizational skills &  customer service skills
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
