JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary: Our new Payroll Coordinator will be part of a team in our Newark DE office.   If you join our team, you will be responsible for the preparation and processing of weekly payroll and billing for employees across the US.

What you'll do:
•    Review and ensure the receipt and accuracy of employee time sheets
•    Data enter weekly payroll data for processing
•    Data enter direct deposit requests
•    Track and deduct payroll deductions
•    Ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis
•    Create and validate weekly client invoices in a timely and accurate fashion
•    Reconcile invoices with client approved time cards/backup
•    Deliver invoices to client
•    Maintain historical, audit worthy data (hard copy and soft copy) in an organized manner
•    Ensure that deliverables are met and quality maintained
 

 

What you'll need: 
•    2+ years’ experience with high volume corporate payroll. 
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Strong Excel skills (PIVOT, Macros, and Lookup functions) are required.
•    Must be detail oriented and organized.
•    Ability to work within a rapidly changing and sometimes stressful environment with strict time deadlines.
•    Ability to handle confidential material and issues appropriately.
