Job Summary:

Our Central Services Coordinator is integral to our success! When you begin this role you'll be responsible for identifying talent for positions across the country. You will have the opportunity to interact with applicants and assist them through the application process. In addition, you will take incoming calls from our associates who need help understanding anything about their assignment with our client, including attendance, payroll, policy issues, and time off needs.


Primary Functions:

  • Assists with communicating and managing information for the candidates and employees on assignments, including schedule changes, overtime, pay rate and holiday information

  • Respond to questions and concerns from applicants

  • Act as a central point of contact for applicants and employees for any/all Clients

  • Ensuring proper communications are provided to applicants

  • Ensure a clear speaking voice/writing and grammar is utilized for the communications

  • Ensure all service level agreements are met or escalated to management

  • Conduct interviews for clients as needed using client provided software

  • Make hiring recommendations for client needs based upon specific hiring criteria

  • Support other departments as needed


Basic Requirements:

  • 3+ years in customer service or retail enviornment

  • Ability to multi-task and work with a variety of team members

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • Strong business software skills (Word, Excel, and web based software)

  • Organized, motivated, self-starter, ability to work independently with little supervision, can work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

  • Ability to multi-task and drive projects to completion

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Clear speaking voice
