Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, quality and safety requirement. Supervises and coordinates activities of Warehouse employees to meet daily requirements, including scheduling and monitoring the processes to ensure high quality and maximum output. Maintain the established high standards of safety, GMP and production quality. Responsible for warehouse from receipt to shipment of material.

•  Ensures execution of schedules for production and customer supply.

•  Ensures customer on-time delivery accuracy of 99% or better.

•  Ensures resources are available to meet production needs. Determine priorities to         ensure the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel in producing quality       products.

•  Pull material required by the operations group 24 to 48 hours ahead of scheduled         run  times.

•  Coordinate the resources, personnel, scheduling and monitoring of the completion       of routine production activities.

•  Work with Planning and Scheduling for production pull accuracy of 99% or better.

•  Maintain supply system to ensure that the facility has adequate material to operate       at all times.

•  Maintain inventory accuracy of 98% or better.

•  Manages inventory to ensure that all material is released and usable. Support QA in     providing material to sample and resources to support release tagging as needed.

•  Selects, develops, and evaluates team members, participates directly in hiring and       employee development through daily communications and active listening with            employees. Conducts formal performance evaluations recognizing employee                performance and development opportunities. Manages employee performance and      development. Provides ongoing feedback which builds on strengths and identifies        opportunities for improvement. Develops plans with employees for on-going               improvement.  Leads shift meetings/communications.

•  Work with the validation department to write, execute, and review validation             protocols for equipment. Conducts effective root cause analysis and implements   effective preventative action for safety and quality investigations.

•  Ensure safety performance metrics are achieved by leading safety improvement           activities and effectively managing and leading safety performance in the                   warehouse.    Performs safety audits and identifies and resolves areas for         improvement.  Uses effective root cause analysis and employee engagement         techniques to implement.

•  Ensure employees receive adequate training to ensure successful performance in        safety, quality and production activities. Ensures all documentation and compliance      requirements are met.

•   Work with Operations Director on cost savings and budget activities. Interact with         vendors to identify equipment/supplies for the warehouse.

•   Enforces company policies and practices; documents and issues corrective actions      as needed

•    Works with supply chain management to ensure that aged inventory is controlled         and maintained at the lowest possible level.

•   Manage the destruction process to ensure that all material designated for                   destruction is tracked appropriately and destroyed as quickly as possible.

•   Responsible for scheduling and coordinating preventative maintenance and         calibration of all production and manufacturing equipment.

•  Responsible for monitoring and timely requisition of supplies.

•  Provide reports to management as required; ensure appropriate data is tracked for       trend review, annual product review and management reviews.

•  May participate in audits by regulatory agencies and 3rd party organizations.

•  Ensure procedures (SOPs, calibration documents, work instructions, forms, etc.) for     the Operations Department are written and department personnel are properly       trained and qualified on existing and new procedures/equipment.

•  Develop, maintain and improve Warehouse Department training program     (requirements, documentation and record keeping)

•  Support overall company GMP training program (prepare and deliver cGMP training     in accordance with schedule as needed)

•  Participate as Subject  Matter Expert for internal, external and government regulated     compliance inspections
