  • Provides leadership and strategic direction to the business’ overall sales program, inclusive of securing new consumers and expanding opportunities within the current consumer base through various initiatives.
  • New client engagement: develop business leads, convert leads to opened accounts, identify lending opportunities.
  • Providing leadership for all pricing, solution design, and implementation decisions for client opportunities.
  • Aggressively develop and execute sales strategy resulting in new business.
  • Prepare sales, expense reports, and realistic forecasts for management.
  • Monitors market and provides intelligence, research trends, and best practices, and contributes towards Cambay thought leadership.
  • Tracks and reviews actual sales results, weighing them against the set targets and business KPIs in order to determine the effectiveness of sales initiatives and implement necessary changes and solutions.
  • Demonstrate success in closing sales for IT
  • Tour client facilities in order to gain a full understanding of clients’ goals and objectives.
  • The candidate for this position must also demonstrate superior leadership skills, being able to move a vast cross-functional group of professionals in a single direction, and with a common vision and objective.



Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in handling at least $10M+ in Revenue on yearly basis.
  • Minimum 5 years of staffing industry experience in IT is required
  • Proven ability to devise and execute on sales growth.
  • Proven sales management/coaching skills.
  • Ability to devise strategies for new account acquisition.
  • Committed to continuous education for self and team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly driven/Self-disciplined.
  • Strong character with high personal motivation to succeed.
  • Ability to travel out of State for client meetings and/ or salesperson coaching as needed.
