Our Lead Recruiters are our Customer Service experts! In this role, you’ll help place hundreds of your community members into jobs at our client’s location.

This is a leadership role on our team, responsible for opening/closing and all hiring activities in their assigned location and requires in-person attendance daily.

What you’ll do: 

  •  Identify, Interview and make hiring decisions for hourly team members
  • Onboard and manage new hires effectively, including training completion, timesheet management of recruiting staff 
  • Recommend Overtime or working hours as needed and recommendation to the account manager
  • Inventory Management of office supplies
  • Own and complete community engagement activities including the pre-event checklist, event statistics report, post-hiring event checklist
  • Management of Light Duty Associate candidates (including timesheet management)
  •  Address any open contact requests, compliance items daily and escalate as needed
  • Review Media Planner for Upcoming Events/Confirm
  • Interact with a variety of personality types and clients

Basic Requirements: 


  •  2-3 years’ customer service experience (preferably in a script-based environment like an outbound call center), Recruiting or Hospitality role 
  • Completed HS Diploma or GED
  •  Ability to multi-task and follow through on Recruiting office activities
  • Experience in leading or managing a team
  •  High-level comfort using web-based software as well as peripherals like webcams and scanners 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work extended hours and/or Saturday/Sunday to meet business needs.
