Currently, Integrity is seeking a Part-time Associate Client Services Representative
Earn $12 - $13.50 per hour to start based on experience.  This is a Contract-to-Hire Opportunity.

Training Hours: 8:00AM - 6:00PM. Monday - Thursday.(4-6weeks)
After Training Hours: 10AM - 2:00PM
 
Job Duties/Responsibilities
The Associate Client Services Representative addresses inquiries and actions for the prescribed functions under Scope in order to meet or exceed required service levels in accordance with our client service standards and practices.
Fulfill these functions in the normal course of business:
• Inbound and Outbound requests.
• Claims.
• Billing inquiries.
• Issue resolution.
• Triage to Customer Service, Process Services and Supporting Functions.
• Perform duties of the Client Services Specialist as required.
 
All job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Requirements:
• High School diploma required, AS/AA Degree or BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
• Successful completion of the New Hire Customer Service Class
• One (1) or more years of insurance call center or retail experience.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency 
• Bilingual is a plus
*Must be willing to work a part-time schedule.*  Schedule Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm.
 
Some weekend and holidays required.
