Pay Rate
$10.50 - $11.00 per hour. As an employee of Integrity Staffing you may also be eligible for medical and dental benefits.

Shift Schedule
Shift schedules vary and you may be required to work 40+ hours per week. Shift scheduling options might include day shifts and night shifts and may change without notice.

Job Duration
Integrity Staffing places qualified candidates to work on assignments at Amazon Warehouses on a temporary basis. Assignments vary in length. There is no guarantee to the length of the assignment. Length of employment is based on client’s business needs which can change.

Job Duties- General Description

-Learn and adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
-Receive products using radio frequency scanners
-Pick customer orders on a multi-level mezzanine
-Pack and ship customer orders

Job Requirements

-Previous warehouse fulfillment experience is preferred
-Must have a high school diploma or GED
-Must read and write English fluently
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Must provide valid ID and work authorization documentation
-Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug testing
-Reliable transportation. Public transportation may not be be accessible
-Strict adherence to attendance policy and punctuality

General Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform all job duties and physical requirements within the work environment as described below on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation:

-Stand and/or walk during shifts between 8 and 12 hours long (shifts may vary)
-Lift and move up to 50 pounds
-Lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, during shifts between 8 and 12 hours
-Push, pull, lift, and bend while handling product up to 50 pounds during shift between 8 and 12 hours long
-Work on a secure mezzanine at a height of 30-40 feet (equivalent to 3-story building)
-Continuously climb and descend four stories of stairs safely
-Able to consistently work at a fast pace and maintain high scores for productivity & accuracy
-Work with and around moving mechanical parts
-Noise level and temperature may vary throughout the warehouse
