A Global Company that specializes in automatic door entrance systems and designs is currently seeking to fill a Receptionist/Data Entry position located in Hamilton, NJ. This is a Long Term assignment and will last a minimum of 3 Months with great potential for permanent opportunity within this fast paced global corporation
All job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen
- The ideal person will make calls to update service provider network information
- Obtain new vendor information and verify insurance certifications.
- Perform all clerical support duties which heavily include: data entry, filing, sorting and delivering mail
- Previous experience working as a receptionist and/or administrative assistant for either a real estate development, construction and/or architectural design firms is a huge plus!
- Ideal candidate will be very polished and well-spoken with great accuracy and great typing skills.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
Pays Rate: $14.00
Hours of Operation: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday-Friday
